The amendment is proposed to rezone a portion of the property located at 49 Deer Park Ave. Bylaw No. 2663 (Amendment No. 144 to Bylaw 1850) proposes to rezone the property from the Multiple Family Residential with Minor Commercial Zone: R3-A zone to the Commercial: C-1 zone and to replace the existing R3-A zone with a new Multiple Family Residential: R3-A zone for the purposes of constructing a mixed-use development with 42 residential units and 8 commercial units
